Regulations & Consent
I give the Nipawin Music Festival Association (NMFA) permission to allow photos and video of my child's performances to be posted on NMFA's website and/or Facebook page as well as allow local media sources to publish a photo or video with the name of my child, should he/she be a recipient of an award. This includes web-based media.
Media Consent
Regulations in the current SMFA Directory and the Nipawin Music Festival Regulations apply. Competitors must comply with all Saskatchewan Health Authority COVID-19 guidelines that are in effect during the festival week of March 21-27, 2021. Competitors must supply a copy of their music for the use of the adjudicator. Competitors must number the first bar of each line in their scores. Photocopied Music is unacceptable in SMFA; violation of this will result in disqualification. Nipawin Music Festival Regulations: 1. Ages are as of December 31st, 2020 (Please double-check to ensure age is correct.) 2. The local "Conservatory classes: List A or List B" are only for students who have not entered test pieces. 3. Two solo pieces in the same discipline must be performed in the festival to be eligible for any of the awards. Details of awards are listed in the local program.
